Turkey & Cream Cheese Wraps
Serves 4-6
Ingredients and Supplies

- 3 large or 6 small Flour Tortillas
- ¼ – ½ lb. favorite Deli Turkey, thin slice (We use Boar’s Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Turkey.)
- 4-6 oz. Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 4-6 Romaine Lettuce leaves, spines removed, or cut or torn into small pieces
- 1 large Carrot, grated
- Cutting Board, parchment paper or plate
- Spreader or Butter Knife for spreading cream cheese
- Knife, optional
Directions

- Divide turkey, cream cheese, lettuce and carrots into 3 or 6 equal parts (it does not need to be exact)
- Place a tortilla on the cutting board
- Spread entire tortilla with cream cheese
- Place turkey on ½ of tortilla
- Top with lettuce and grated carrot
- Starting on meat side, roll tightly and set aside
- Repeat with remaining tortillas
- Leave whole, or cut into 2, 4 or 6 pieces
- Serve and Enjoy
