Do not let other things distract you from your goal. You can do this.

Recognize that you will have setbacks and worries. Be patient with yourself, but don’t give up. Be persistent in your belief that Restful Relationships are for YOU. Trust that this is a part of the process.

You can do this.

Do not start a fight with yourself. Show love to yourself. Acknowledge that worry and doubt are the way that the mind prevents change and distracts you from your goals. So, focus on your goal.

You will complete The 7-Week Restful Relationship Challenge, so there is no need to no fight yourself or suppress your thoughts. Acknowledge how you feel, then remind yourself that your goal to incorporate one step in your daily activities is attainable.
