ANYONE CAN DO IT

The Restful Relationship 7-Week Challenge does not require any special skills or abilities. In 7-weeks you could develop stronger healthier relationships at home and at work no matter who you are or where you come from.

How will you start?

By deciding to give this a try you have already started. First, you are trusting the person who created this challenge (#7), you are planning ahead (#2) by beginning to think about how you will do the challenge and that is causing adjustments to your thinking that will lead to adjustments in your actions (#6). Second, the focus in the first week is maintaining a non-confrontational attitude(#1), and when you aren’t constantly preparing for battle, you naturally become more patient with yourself and others (#3). And third, persistence (#4) and consistence (#5) will come from participating for 7-weeks.

Don’t worry. The key to the challenge is not perfection or speed, it is allowing yourself the opportunity to slow down and consciously incorporate relationship building actions into your activities and communications.
